1. How long does it take to make my files and send me an email?
All purchased files are emailed to our customers as soon as possible (usually within one day). We treat all of our customers with that same courtesy no matter how big or small your order is.
2. Where do you get your name meanings from?
All of our first name meaning and origin files are generated from a massive database that we have purchased. This database is updated regularly with new names added. We then add the background of your choice from our large selection and adjust any text that may need moving.
3. Do you offer free samples to view before I purchase?
We have several samples with backgrounds available as well as 200 more on our main page that will illustrate what type of file and quality you will receive. Unfortunately we do not have the time to make sample files for any other name. You can be assured we can make a first name file for any first name and have never had a situation where we could not complete an order for our first name meanings... See here for more details
4. What do I do if I did not see your email containing my purchase?
As stated above, all files are emailed to our customers within one business day. If you did not receive our email it may because you mistyped your email address in the form during checkout. One other case is that your email inbox could be full and not able to receive further emails until emptied. The last case is that our email was sent to your spam folder by your email provider after mistaking it. If you did not see our email you may still download your file by reading these directions on our contact page.
5. Do you have any other personalized gift sites?

6. Do you offer refunds?
As with any form of digital media such as music CD's, software CD's, Movie DVD's, and any other form of downloadable media, we do not offer refunds because there is nothing to return. It simply is not possible to return the files to us and receive a refund. Once you order our files, they are yours. Please understand that by ordering and completing payment for our digital content you are agreeing to these terms in full.
