If you do not see our email please contact us with
the following information so we may resolve the issue ASAP.

2. Date of Order

3. If you have a Paypal account please give us the Transaction ID

4. If you do not have a Paypal account please give us the Receipt Number

5. If you leave us your phone number(with area code) we will try to call you

6. If you have more than one email address please supply us with it so we
can send your files to more than one. This will give you a greater
chance of receiving them without being mistaken as spam.
